Cancellations can be made at anytime but will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle and take up to 48 business hours to process. The subscriber will maintain full subscriber rights and benefits until the cancellation is finalized.

Refunds: due to the nature of the subscription service, refunds are only available within 48 hours of initial sign up provided the subscriber has not verified and accessed their Driven VIP account.
